You don’t have to buy a new home or do a massive rehaul to your current one to love your space again. Oftentimes, it can be a simple bathroom remodel or finally making something of your unfinished basement to make your home feel new.

The problem is, most remodel contractors won’t respond for anything smaller than a major remodel. This leaves you wondering how you can get your project started, let alone finished.

THE PROCESS

Share your remodel plans with us via our inquiry form.
We will review your inquiry, and if the job fits within what we do, we will schedule a walkthrough.
Walkthroughs are $125, and go towards your final invoice when you hire me.
Post walkthrough, I will send you an estimate for the job.
Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll pay a 20% retainer, and you will be added to the schedule.
Then I will transform your room into the space you’re excited to be in.

THINGS TO NOTE

We are booking approximately 2 weeks out from retainer payment for all remodeling jobs.
Due to the volatility of the market, we are not currently estimating material costs. Costs will be shared on the final bill. We will not charge any markup fees.
You can purchase your own materials and provide them for us to install, just communicate with us about your plan.
We request payment via ACH transfer. I use QuickBooks invoices.
If you’d like to pay via credit card, we can arrange that with a 3% service fee added to the invoice.
